CPW-Fed Arbitrary Frequency-Switchable Antenna Using CRLH Transmission Line

Abstract: A novel frequency‐switchable antenna that uses PIN diodes and a composite right‐ and left‐handed transmission line (CRLH TL) is proposed. The CRLH TL provides multi‐order resonance, including a zeroth‐order resonance (ZOR), and its shunt stub determines the ZOR frequency.
