The article considers the influence of digitalisation in the management of production processes. As a result of the introduction of digital technologies and the transfer of the mechanism for the management of production processes into a digital environment, approaches and methods for regulation of the development of the labour market are being transformed. On the basis of the conducted analysis of research and regulatory documents, the author’s interpretation of the term “digital environment” is offered, which is interpreted from two points of view: on the one hand, as an integrated environment, providing information to all users of the labour market; on the other hand, as an environment for digital interaction between economic actors and the entire digital infrastructure. Using this approach, the authors have identified the system-forming components of the digital environment in the sphere of labour market development regulation, which are grouped into three blocks: the system of digital environment management, the system of labour relations management, and, as a result of the interconnection of these systems, a block of ecosystem directions of labour regulation, which in relation to grouped system blocks allow to influence the basic economic indicators of labour in the digital environment, has been allocated.
