Abstract:A novel electrochemical creatinine biosensor based on graphite paste electrode modified with dibenzo-30-crown-10 (DB30C10) and rice husk (RH) has been developed for selective and quantitative recognition of creatinine by immobilizing enzyme creatinase for monitoring the amperometric response.
