“…Suriá-Martínez and his team (Suriá Martínez, Ordóñez Rubio, & Martínez Maciá, 2015) were one of the first groups in Spain to address this gap in the scientific literature, developing and validating a 10-item scale that analyzed opinions on happiness, sexuality or friendship of people with disabilities. This trend was continued in Spanish-speaking South American countries, where the Questionnaire on Attitudes towards Disability in Higher Education (QAD-HE) (Fuentes, Pérez-Padilla, De La Fuente, & Aranda, 2022) was developed and validated, achieving excellent validation values.
