Creative workplace behavior

Abstract: This study conducted a questionnaire survey (N = 2938) examining the relationship between office behavior and creativity. The analysis showed a positive correlation between creativity and three behavioral characteristics (collaboration, flexibility, and demonstration) in an office environment.
