Cross-Reactivity of Anti-Digoxin Antibodies with Digitoxin Depends on Tracer Structure

Abstract: The most common methods for measuring digoxin concentrations in serum are immunoassays. The prerequisite for exact determination of the digoxin value is an antibody that specifically binds digoxin.
