Abstract:Crossing matrices are derived for meson-baryon scattering in SU(4). Using the ClebshGordan coefficients and crossing matrices, a crossing invariant solution of baryon exchange degeneracy is found within the framework of SU(4) and no exotics in all channels. §I. IntroductionIn the past decade, hadron physics seems to have confirmed an SU(3) symmetry, which could be based on a fundamental triplet as sub-hadronic particles. However, there is no a priori reason to believe that the triplet model retains its validit… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
