CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF CATENA- DIAQUA( N - p - ACETAMIDOBENZENE- SULFONYLGLYCINATO)HOLMIUM(III)4,4'-BIPYRIDINEHEPTAHYDRATE, [HO(C10H11N2O)5S)3(H2O)2]·C10H8N2·7H2O
Abstract:= 0.062, Γ =291 Κ.
Source of materialThe mixture of H0CI3 · 6H2O (0.2 mmol) and W-p-acetamidobenzenesulfonylglycine acid (abglyH2, 0.6 mmol), was stirred into 15 ml aqueous solution. Then the pH was adjusted to 5 with 1 M NaOH. Then 3 ml ethanol solution of 4,4-bipyridine (0.2 mmol) was added. The reaction mixture was heated on a water bath for 10 hours at 70° and filtered. Colorless crystals were obtained after 20 days.
