Abstract:Carcinoma of the penis is a relatively rare neoplasm in the western hemisphere. Conventional surgery for the primary tumor is mutilating and many controversies exist concerning the ideal treatment of regional lymph nodes, the role of radiotherapy and that of chemotherapy.
