Cutaneous polyarteritis nodosa and Crohn's disease

Abstract: We report a case of a 57-year-old woman who presented simultaneously cutaneous polyarteritis nodosa and Crohn's disease of the colon. Although similar pathogenic hypotheses have been reported, the association of both diseases is exceptional.
