Cyberbullying: Identification of Factors Affecting the Quality of Higher Education in Indonesia

Abstract: The use of cell phones has undergone a rapid change and will continue to change. Previously used for voice communication in the 1980s, now mobile phones have various functions so that they are known as smartphones.
