“…Fifteen‐month‐old Angus‐Hereford crossbreed (Bos taurus taurus) and Nellore (Bos taurus indicus) heifers (196 ± 4 kg body weight) were used. A detailed description of this protocol is provided in Da Trindade et al () (our study was conducted in only two treatments from that protocol).
