Abstract: ZusammenfassungInteraktion spielt in der Arbeit an und mit Menschen eine besondere Rolle. Denn Menschen sind besondere "Arbeitsgegenstände". Zum einen haben sie eigene Interessen und Bedürfnisse; zum zweiten ist es auch von ihrem Handeln abhängig, dass die Dienstleistung gelingt.
