Das Management von Patienten mit steigenden PSA-Werten nach kurativer Therapie

Abstract: Nach Einführung des prostataspezifischen Antigens in die klinische Routine in den späten 80er Jahren, stellen serielle PSA-Messungen heutzutage den Standard im Follow-up nach kurativer Therapie des Prostatakarzinoms dar [1].Ein PSA-Anstieg nach definitiver Therapie stellt sowohl den verlässlichsten als auch frühesten Hinweis auf ein Tumorrezidiv bzw.
