Das Programm zur Nationalen Erziehung (1914-1924) oder: wie ein forcierter Kulturtransfer politisch scheitert

Abstract: Wir analysieren in diesem Beitrag die Nationale Erziehung als (gescheiterten) Fall eines innerstaatlichen, forcierten Kulturtransfers. Das während des 1. Weltkrieges von der freisinnigen Elite entwickelte Programm sollte durch vermehrten Unterricht in Schweizergeschichte, Politischer Bildung und in den Schweizer Landessprachen die drohende Spaltung der Schweiz verhindern.
