Rancangan Percoba… Show more

“…Phatogenecity test was carried out by different methods adjusting to phatogen nature to explore phatogenic potential of the isolated that used in this study. The investigation used the method of Ivey et al, Dagani & Ceramica, and Hodiyah et al [2,17,18] with slight modifications. Inoculate pepper fruits by 20µl of the C. acutatum conidial suspension on the surface injured site.…”

“…The pathogenicity test was conducted to determine the pathogenicity potency of the strain. This test also aims to prove that the pathogen shows the same symptoms as the symptoms in the field [18]. The result of the pathogenicity test is shown in Table 2.…”

“…In addition to being applied singly, bio fungicides can also be used by mixing two types of organic materials, thereby increasing efficiency and effectiveness and minimizing the occurrence of resistance (Akhtar and Isman 2013). The mixture of soursop leaf extract (Anona muricata L.), siam weeds leaves (Chromolaena odorata L.), and galangal rhizomes (Alpinia galanga L.) at a concentration of 1% successfully inhibit the growth of C. acutatum colonies in cayenne chili with an incubation period of seven days and inhibitory percentage of 66.19% (Hodiyah et al 2017). A total of 1% betel leaf methanol extract mixed with 2% Andrographis paniculata 2% can suppress the development of the diameter and biomass of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides colonies by 91.26% (Idris and Nurmansyah 2015).…”
