Daya Terima Varian Rasa Koktail Buah Nanas (Ananas comosus L. Merr) Dalam Menunjang Diversifikasi Produk

Abstract: Nanas (Ananas comosus L.Merr) adalah salah satu produk andalan di Kabupaten Subang. Produksi yang melimpah dan harganya yang relatif murah menjadikan nanas sebagai komoditas buah potensial untuk diolah lebih lanjut.
