Learning at all levels of education, from elementary school to senior high school, must contain local content. Learning and preserving local wisdom values is the primary concern of education. Debus art contains several values that can shape character and religious values contained in Debus art, namely piety to God Almighty, patience, cooperation, independence, hard work, discipline, and tolerance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This method starts with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. The description method in its implementation was carried out as follows: Interview techniques, case studies (differentiating cases), comparative studies, behavior analysis, and document analysis. This research was carried out on students of SMKN 4 Kota Serang class XI TKRO. Debus is part of the diversity of arts and culture of the people of Banten. Debus's art exemplifies that internal culture in schools will emerge when students apply character education at school. Students are used to living with positive things. Students know their behavior is wrong, but they cannot get used to avoiding it. Debus art forms character in students, such as students having piety to God Almighty, a sense of cooperation, responsibility, discipline, hard work, morality, and ethics by the demands of an independent curriculum, namely developing the potential of students and improving the quality of education

“…Mystical knowledge which includes pellet, magic, witchcraft and the like has become a culture inherent in Indonesian society, not only in traditional society, but also in modern society. This can be seen clearly in the Indonesian people who package mystical knowledge into an art and culture, such as the "kuda kepang" tradition by the Javanese tribal community (Dewi, 2017), the "debus" tradition belonging to the Banten people (Hakiki, 2013), the "terebang" tradition belonging to the Sundanese people (Nurhabibah & Putra, 2019), and so on. With the variety of mystical traditions, it encourages the existence of mystical knowledge even in this technologically advanced era.…”

This paper examines the concept of prayer applied by Naqsabandiyah Thoriqah activists at the Suluk Babul Khairat House in preventing and treating pellet victimThis research is field research using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by open observation, in-depth interviews, and personal documentation, while the data processing techniques were carried out using descriptive-analytical techniques. In this study the authors found that the medical practice carried out by Caliph Misno at the Suluk Babul Khairat House did not serve medical treatment, but psychological diseases caused by pellet or witchcraft, witchcraft, and various other non-medical diseases. Besides that, The author also found that the prevention technique practiced by Caliph Misno in treating these non-medical diseases was carried out by giving Naqsabandiyah tariqah practices, such as: dhikr ismu dzat, (mentioning Allah in the heart), dhikr Nafi isbat (saying Laa Ilaha Illallah). , it is better to participate in carrying out khataman tawajuh. While the treatment technique is carried out using six stages, namely; intention, reading istighfar three times, reading dhikr ismu dzat, reading surah Al-Fatihah, Al-Ikhals, Al-Falaq, An-Nass, and Ayat Kursi, channeling the energy of the prayer into the water, and the last one is closed by reading a prayer for client recovery. dhikr Nafi isbat (calling Laa Ilaha Illallah), it is even better to participate in carrying out khataman tawajuh. Architecture is an environmental product from the expression of values adopted by society. These values are passed down over time to become a culture eventually. The culture of a region is a result of interaction and acculturation that occur in a society. Through the design process, architecture analyzes the behaviors of the local community and its environmental conditions. In the globalization era, architectural representation becomes homogeneous. Therefore, to prevent local architecture from deteriorating, it becomes necessary to consider local architecture for developing campus design. This research aims to transform local architecture identity through design development in the context of campus design. Architectural expressions were analyzed to illustrate local culture as a descriptive effort. The observation was performed using an interview and observation guide sheet. A three-dimensional matrix was constructed to be an example of the design transformation process. The final result of this research is a transformation guideline for practitioners in achieving a cultural identity-based design.
