Decentralized Bilevel Optimization

Abstract: Bilevel optimization has been successfully applied to many important machine learning problems. Algorithms for solving bilevel optimization have been studied under various settings. In this paper, we study the nonconvex-strongly-convex bilevel optimization under a decentralized setting.
