Purpose: One of the best cashier applications currently in Indonesia that is widely used is Moka Pos. This study is to determine whether the elffelctivelnelss of ulsing the Moka Pos application has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at thel ONNI Houlsel relstaulrant, and whether customer satisfaction can modelratel thel rellationship beltweleln thel elffelctivelnelss of Moka Pos and elmployelel performance. Methodology: Thel population in this stuldy were 30 visitors who camel to thel ONNI Houlsel relstaulrant, with 30 peloplel taking thel samplel. Thel analytical melthod ulseld is mulltiplel relgrelssion analysis melthod. Findings: Baseld on thel relsullts of thel stuldy it can bel obtaineld that thel variablel Elffelctivelnelss of ulsing thel MOKA Post application (X1), has an elffelct on thel Elmployelel Pelrformancel variablel (Y) at thel ONNI Houlsel relstaulrant, and thel Culstomelr Satisfaction variablel (Z) modelratels thel rellationship beltweleln thel elffelctivelnelss of Moka Pos and elmployelel pelrformancel. Practical & Theoritical contribution: This study contributions to behavioral accounting and practically reduces cashless and increase revenue. Research Limitation: This study was limited to the population at one company.

This study aims to create a booking application that is applied in a car wash. Seeing the very rapid development of technology, one of which is the booking application There are so many business people who take advantage of this booking application, for example, hotel booking applications, ticket bookings, etc. But there is some business that has not taken advantage of this booking application, one of which is the car wash business. Most car wash businesses still use manual methods in the process, from recording customer data and payments. In using this manual method, many problems occur. for example, recording incorrect data, counterfeiting money, etc. Therefore, a study was conducted using the system development method, namely Waterfall. The waterfall method includes Analysis, Design, Coding, and Testing. The results obtained from this study are a Car Wash booking application by utilizing the IoT topic which is expected to help problems that occur in the car wash business.

Abstract-Service quality is one of the competitive advantages, because good service is one of the basic factors that can affect the comfort level of service recipients. Public services by the government apparatus today are still often found to be weak, so that they cannot meet the quality expected by the community. This study is intended to see how much service satisfaction is, and the effect of service levels on satisfaction levels based on Mamdani Model Fuzzy Inference System Logic. There are three input variables used namely clarity of information, ability of officers and availability of facilities and infrastructure to produce service satisfaction output. Based on the stages using Mamdani Model Fuzzy Inference System Logic starting from the formation of fuzzy sets, application of the implementation function, composition of the rules until the confirmation process (defuzzyfication), it can be proved the correlation between input variables so that it can determine the output of service satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to be used by the agency, as a support system for the decision on the results of the assessment given by the community for perceived services. The future development of this research will be re-tested by adding more variables and an interface will be created to facilitate the processing of the results of the quality assessment of public complaints services.
