INTISARISistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) merupakan sebuah sistem berbasis komputer yang membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Beasiswa merupakan suatu bentuk penghargaan dalam bentuk bantuan keuangan yang diberikan kepada perorangan atau organisasi atas prestasi kerja yang telah dihasilkan. Sekolah SMK Al-Islam Surakarta merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan swasta dari Yayasan Al-Islam Surakarta yang fokus mengajarkan ilmu pengetahuan Teknologi Informasi dan Ilmu pengetahuan Agama Islam. Disekolah ini setiap tahunnya diadakan program Beasiswa Prestasi (BP) dan Beasiswa Kurang Mampu (BKM). Dalam menentukan beasiswa didasari dengan jumlah kuota dan beberapa kriteria seperti : nilai raport, penghasilan dan tanggungan anak. Adanya batasan jumlah kuota dan kriteria tertentu, sehingga menyulitkan pihak tim seleksi beasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Peneliti akan merancang suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menyeleksi calon penerima beasiswa dengan mengimplementasikan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weigthing). Metode ini dipilih karena metode ini mampu melakukan suatu proses perangkingan yang dilanjutkan dengan proses pembobotan untuk setiap atribut, sehingga akan dapat menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternative (siswa) berdasarkan kriteria dan bobot tertentu. Desain sistem dibuat dengan model Context Diagram, DAD, HIPO, ERD. Hasil akhir dari perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa ini yaitu berupa laporan data pendaftar, laporan diterima BP dan laporan diterima BKM berdasarkan jumlah kuota yang telah ditentukan.Kata kunci – Beasiswa, SPK, SAW, Seleksi, Context Diagram. Al-Islam Vocational School Surakarta is one of the private educational institutions of the Al-Islam Surakarta Foundation which focuses on teaching Information Technology and Islamic Sciences. In this school every year a Achievement Scholarship (BP) and Underprivileged Scholarship (BKM) program is held. In determining the scholarship based on the number of quotas and several criteria such as report cards, income and dependents of children. There is a limit on the number of quotas and certain criteria, making it difficult for the scholarship selection team. The purpose of this study is that the researcher will design a decision support system to select prospective scholarship recipients by implementing the SAW method (Simple Additive Weigthing). This method was chosen because this method is able to perform a ranking process followed by a weighting process for each attribute, so that it will be able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives (students) based on certain criteria and weights. System design is made with Context Diagram, DAD, HIPO, ERD models. Face recognition is an identification system that uses the characteristics of a person's face for processing. There is a feature in the face image so that it can be distinguished between one face and another face. One way to recognize face images is to analyze the texture of the face image. Texture analysis generally requires a feature extraction process. In different images, the characteristics will also differ. This characteristic will be the basis for the recognition of facial images. However, existing face recognition methods experience efficiency problems and rely heavily on the extraction of the right features. This study aims to study the texture characteristics of the extraction results using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method which is applied to deal with the introduction of Probabilistic Linear Discriminant Analysis (PLDA). The data used in this study are human face images from the AR Faces database, consisting of 136 objects (76 men and 60 women), each of which has 7 types of images Based on the results of testing shows the LBP method can produce the highest accuracy with a value of 95.53% in the introduction of PLDA.
Abstract— At this time the spread of the Corona Covid-19 Virus was sweeping the world, Indonesia was also affected, especially in the world of education where the teaching and learning process was usually carried out face-to-face in the classroom. So as a result of this pendemi the teaching and learning process must be done online. The role of information systems technology is very meaningful in lecture learning. This study aims to analyze a model of campus learning conditions and the role of information system technology in college learning amid the COVID-19 corona virus pandemic at STMIK Sinar Nusantara Surakarta. The research method is to make observations and literature studies to obtain data and information used in research. The results of this study indicate the use of information technology has a very important role in the implementation of online distance learning in the midst of the corona covid 19 virus pandemic, among online online media such as: google classroom, whatsapp, zoom. Of the online learning media, it is proven that Google Classroom: 55.9% is widely used as media for sharing materials and assignments, while video conferences lectures are the most users of Google Meet as much as: 70.6%. The results of the analysi s of the online learning value are: 44.1%. Based on this data, it shows that the role of information system technology plays an important role and helps in the teaching and learning process amid the Covid-19 corona virus pandemic.
Orange Carwash is a car wash service business that has been running in 2018, Orange Car. The wash address that I studied is located at Jalan Adi Sucipto no.110 Blulukan Colomadu In running a car wash service business, Orange Carwash tries to provide services to customers, regarding inputting types of washing products, member entry, express washing promos, and payment transaction methods. The system used is still classified as manual. For the purpose of this research, it really helps companies in terms of promoting and introducing products to car wash consumers with a computerized system using the cloud-based Moka Pos application. The method in this research is through observation, interviews, documentation, and heritage studies (looking for references from books or journals). The system design is made with context diagrams, HIPO, DAD, input output design, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis. By using online input, the cashier will find it easier to group the washing type product data, as well as compile accurate and efficient reports. The final result of designing an online car wash service information system, using the Moka Pos application, in the form of sales report recap data and the number of types of washing products, classification of types of washing products, and the washer name of each cashier, which will be designed by the car wash. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak maupun penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada ayam. Basis pengetahuan sepenuhnya diambil dari pengetahuan pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa dan menentukan nama penyakit yang diderita oleh ayam. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan 4 jurnal internasional yang berjudul “Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developling Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System”. Berdasarkan keempat jurnal tersebut dapat dikembangkan inovasi baru berupa Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ayam menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi literature sehigga dapat menggumpulkan data yang lebih lengkap. Sistem Pakar ini akan di implementasikan kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan harapan memudahkan user dalam menggunakan karena dibuat kedalam aplikasi android sehingga bisa di install dalam handphone. Hasil akhir berupa suatu informasi data penyakit dengan nilai Certainty Factor/kepastian.Kata Kunci — Diagnosa Penyakit Ayam, Sistem Pakar, Android, Certainty FectorThis study was conducted based on the need for tools for farmers and extension workers in diagnosingdiseases in chickens. The knowledge base is completely drawn from the expert knowledge that can diagnose and determine the name of the disease suffered by chickens. This study was based on the results of the analysis by comparing four international journals entitled "Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developing Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System". Based on the four journals can be developed a new innovation in the form of expert system of chicken disease diagnosis using Certainty Factor method. The research methodology uses interviews and literature studies so that it can collect more complete data. Expert System will be implemented into an android-based mobile application with the hope of facilitating the user in using because it is made into the android application that can be installed in the mobile phone.
