Decreased Srcasm expression in hyperproliferative cutaneous lesions

Abstract: Background Src-family tyrosine kinases (SFKs) are signaling proteins that regulate keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation. Srcasm is a recently identified molecule that downregulates SFK activity and promotes keratinocyte differentiation.
