Defining Individual-Level Genetic Diversity and Similarity Profiles

Abstract: Classic concepts of genetic (gene) diversity (heterozygosity) such as Nei (1973: PNAS) and Nei & Li (1979: PNAS) nucleotide diversity were defined within the context of populations.
