Abstract: Duygusal emek ve çalışan iyi oluş hali hizmet sektöründe son dönemlerde önem arz eden örgütsel davranış konularındandır. Örgütlerin insan kaynağına daha çok önem vermesiyle örgütler çalışanların duygu ve davranışlarının örgütün amaçlarıyla uyumlu hale getirilmesini hedeflemektedir.
