Abstract:Bei der Umsetzung von Nα‐geschütztem Arginin mit 1‐Chlorformyloxy‐adamantan treten zwei Adamantyl‐(1)‐oxycarbonyl‐Reste in hohen Ausbeuten in die Guanidinogruppe ein. Dadurch ist die Guanidinofunktion vollständig geschützt, so daß bei Peptidsynthesen keine Nebenreaktionen beobachtet werden. Zusätzlich wird die Löslichkeit argininhaltiger Peptide in organischen Lösungsmitteln stark erhöht. Die Abspaltung der Schutzgruppen gelingt bevorzugt mit Trifluoressigsäure oder Chlorwasserstoff.
