Abstract: Derivatives of 2-Arnino-I ,2,3,4-tetrahydronuphthalene 755 a-(1 H-tetrazol-5-yl)-3-fluoro-4-phenylethylbenzene (4)With the Same procedure from4 g (0.0177 mole) of 8,2.8 g (60 % yield) of 4, m.p.The isomerization of trans-2-acetamido-3-hydroxy-5,8-dimethoxytetraline (1) under the action of hydrogen chloride was investigated. By reacting trans-2-amino-3-hydroxy-5,8-dimethoxytetraline (1) with chloroacetyl chloride, the amide 2 was obtained. With primary and secondary amines 2 gives the N-alkyl-and N-dialkylaminoacetyl derivatives 3214. Compound 3c possesses antiarrhythmic activity. Derivate des 2-Amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthaIins, 10.
