Abstract:BACKGROUND Melanocytic nevi submitted to trauma can undergo clinical, dermoscopic, and even histological changes, making it difficult to differentiate them from a melanoma. OBJECTIVE The aim of this study is to evaluate the dermoscopic changes of traumatized nevi after dermabrasion.
