Des agricultures avec des agriculteurs, une nécessité pour l'Europe

Abstract: Resumé Loin de l’idéal type de l’exploitation familiale autour duquel s’est construite la Pac, le paysage agricole européen est éclaté. La coexistence d’agricultures familiales en mutation avec un modèle de firme, mais aussi des agricultures de subsistance, appelle à revisiter les outils d’intervention publique.
