Description of a new species of Lumbrineris (Polychaeta: Lumbrineridae) from the coasts of Turkey (eastern Mediterranean)

Abstract: The examination of sandy mud samples collected at 5-67 m depths in 2005 and 2009 on the Aegean and Levantine coasts of Turkey revealed the presence of specimens belonging to a new species of Lumbrineris (Polychaeta, Lumbrineridae), L. geldiayi.
