Desenvolvimento De Sensores Para Monitoramento De Ambiente Aviário Com Ênfase Em Controle Térmico

Abstract

Dentre os diversos setores produtivos de carne, o setor avícola vem ganhando espaço e se encontra em crescente evolução. Na última década, a preocupação com o conforto animal começou a ganhar peso e vem crescendo notoriamente, principalmente em relação às respostas fisiológicas como indicadoras da condição de conforto animal. Em 2016, o Brasil foi o segundo maior produtor mundial de proteína animal de frango, com 12,900 milhões de toneladas, sendo também o maior exportador com 4,304 milhões de toneladas de carne de frango. Assim, o objetivo do trabalho foi testar um sistema de comunicação sem fio com sensores de temperatura e umidade embarcados em um aviário experimental, localizado no campus Fernando Costa, em Pirassununga/SP, sendo os dados coletados por meio dos sensores e os valores armazenados em um banco de dados MySql, voltado para o controle térmico do ambiente aviário, tendo em vista a importância do impacto ambiental na produtividade e bem-estar de frangos de corte. Os resultados permitem concluir que o sistema de sensores desenvolvido foi capaz de medir a temperatura e umidade interna, bem como de armazenar os dados coletados na nuvem.
