Design and development of a web-based registry for Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease

Abstract: Disease registries are collections of secondary data related to patients with a specific diagnosis, condition, or procedure, and they play an important role in clinical and managerial decisions. →What this article adds:COVID-19 registry facilitates studying the real clinical practice, capturing quality metrics, monitoring the disease and healthcare delivery patterns, and tracing clinical outcomes.
