Abstract: In an effort to support the global fight against tuberculosis (TB), which is widely recognized as the most lethal infectious disease worldwide, we present the design and synthesis of new benzo[b]thiophene‐based hybrids as promising candidates for the management of multidrug‐resistant (MDR)/extensively drug‐resistant (XDR) Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
