“…Analyzing these data, the aim of this investigation was to evaluate the biological activity exerted by a Fluoro-2,4dioxaspiro[bicyclo[3.3.1]indene derivative (Figure 1) against using an ischemia/reperfusion model (Figure 1). In this way, all chemical properties, such as the 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra for the Fluoride-ether derivative, have already been reported [14]. The results (Figure 2) showed that the Fluoro-2,4dioxaspiro[bicyclo [3.3.1]indene derivative decrease the infarct area in a dose-dependent manner compared with conditions control (Krebs-Henseleit solution).…”

“…The compound 8-fluoro-1',3'-dihydro-2,4-dioxaspiro[bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-3,2'indene]--1(9),5,7-triene (Fluoro-2,4dioxaspiro[bicyclo[3.3.1]indene derivative, Figure 1) was prepared using a previously method [14]. In this way, all chemical properties, such as the 1 H and 13 C NMR spectra for the Fluoride-ether derivative, have already been reported.…”
