Design of Mobile Phone Automatic Assembly System Based on Machine Vision

Abstract: In the four links of mobile phone production, assembly employees account for 60%. In order to improve the assembly efficiency of mobile phone, this paper designed a mobile phone automatic assembly system based on machine vision. The system mainly includes PLC control system, mechanical arm, vision system and touch screen.
