Design, Synthesis, Investigation, and Application of a Macromolecule Photoswitch

Abstract: Azobenzene (AZO) has attracted increasing interest due to its reversible structural change upon a light stimulus. However, poor fatigue durability and the photobleaching phenomenon restricts its further application.
