Design, Testing and Optimization of a Constant Torque Propeller

Abstract: This paper examines the viability of a passive variable pitch propeller for small aerial Remotely Piloted Vehicles (RPV's) and Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS's) using a self adjusting mechanical pitch control mechanism.
