Designing of interferon-gamma inducing MHC class-II binders

Abstract: BackgroundThe generation of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) by MHC class II activated CD4+ T helper cells play a substantial contribution in the control of infections such as caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
