The sodium hypochlorite was also efficient in disinfestation and in vitro germination of other species such as guabiju [25] and jabuticaba [26]. Souza et al (2011) testaram diferentes concentrações de NaClO na desinfestação e germinação in vitro de sementes de guabijuzeiro (Myrcianthes pungens (Berg) Legr.). Os autores iniciaram com imersão das sementes em etanol 70% por 1 min, seguido de solução de NaClO nas concentrações de 0; 2; 4; 6 e 8% e observaram que a solução de NaClO de 4 a 6% de cloro ativo foi eficiente na melhoria da qualidade sanitária e não prejudicou a germinação.…”
