Detailed investigations into the Akabori–Momotani reaction for the synthesis of amphetamine type stimulants: Part 2

Abstract: The Akabori-Momotani reaction can be used to synthesise pseudoephedrine in 50% yield from N-methylalanine and benzaldehyde.
