Detección de metales pesados en bovinos, en los valles de los rios Sinú y San Jorge, departamento de Córdoba, Colombia

Abstract: Objetivo. Evaluar la presencia de metales pesados: plomo(Pb), cobre (Cu), cadmio (Cd) y mercurio (Hg) en hígado y músculo pectoral derecho de bovino, procedentes de fincas de la zona del Sinú y San Jorge. Materiales y métodos. Se muestrearon bovinos machos, adultos, de raza cebú mestizo, entre 2 a 7 años los cuales fueron sacrificados para consumo humano durante seis meses.
