Aims:
In this paper, the various approaches of the Genetic algorithm used in stimulating the packet relaying in terms of co-operation between the several nodes are to be analyzed.
Background:
Packet forwarding is the essential network operation in wireless networks to establish the communication among the wireless devices. In mobile wireless networks, the data transmission occurs in the form of Packet Relaying. In dynamic environmental networks, relaying of the packet is a more complex task and much essential activity. It requires the co-operative intermediate nodes in the network. Specifically, in Mobile Adhoc Networks (MANET) it is the most tedious job because of its dynamic topology and energy constraints.
Objective:
The comparison between the several works is investigated and evaluated. The analytical results and the experimental values are reviewed.
Method:
The existing works are compared in terms of the methodology proposed, the percentage of co-operation induced on nodes, packet delivery ratio attained, the percentage of throughput obtained.

Result:
Various genetic algorithm models and theories such as GT, IPD, LA, TCFORCE model, Nash Equilibrium (NE), and Evolutionary Games are discussed in this paper. Furthermore, its performances with respect to the co-operation enhancement are analyzed and compared with them.
Conclusion:
There is much necessity for a co-operative technology that should offer not only a better route but besides addresses the problems in neighbor node co-operation in routing, functioning better as the scalability of the network increases, compact energy consumption, a reduced amount of routing overhead, and other related issues. Since it is necessary to design and develop a novel co-operative genetic algorithm for solving the problems in neighbor node’s co-operation and non-co-operation concerns for imposing the packet relay in MANET
