Detection of Emerging Ibrutinib Resistance by Flow Cytometry in Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia

Abstract: Background: Although ibrutinib is effective drug in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), during the treatment acquired resistance may occur, making its detection an important issue.
