Determinantes del empleo de calidad en la frontera norte de México

Abstract: El artículo examina, con datos del segundo trimestre del 2019, los determinantes de la probabilidad de tener un empleo de calidad en las seis entidades que componen la frontera norte de México. Para tal fin se estimaron modelos probit en los cuales la variable dependiente fue el empleo de calidad y las independientes la escolaridad, sexo, estado civil y experiencia del trabajador, así como el tamaño de la unidad económica, tipo de localidad y sector de actividad.
