“…In particular, in the current era of digital and informational advancements, governments, public administration agencies, and society as a whole need to comprehend how public administration and social media can influence the public's satisfaction levels in population services (Lu et al, 2023;Mansoor, 2021;Mensah & Adams, 2020).
