Determination of aflatoxin M1 levels in goat milk consumed in Kilis province

Abstract: Summary:Aflatoxin M 1 (AFM 1 ) may occur in milk and dairy products, resulting from the ingestion of feedstuffs contaminated with aflatoxin B 1 (AFB 1 ) by dairy goats. The aim of this study was to determine the levels of AFM 1 in goat milk commonly consumed in the city of Kilis.
