Determination of Dasatinib in Human Plasma by Using Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: A liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed and validated to determine dasatinib (DAS) in human plasma. Protein precipitation procedure was used in sample preparation. The analyte and internal standard (dasatinib-d8 (DASD8) were separated on Waters Atlantis dC18 Column (75 × 4.6 mm, 3.5 µm).
