Determination of matrix composition of Ge-Se-Te chalcogenide glasses using the ICP-AES method

Abstract: One of the most important stages of the high-purity chalcogenide glasses’ analytical control is the determination of matrix elements’ content with the uncertainty at the levels of 0.1–0.2 mol.%.
