Determination of oxidative stress in scaly carp (Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, 1758) exposed to deltamethrin in different water temperature

Abstract: Bu çalışmada, farklı sıcaklıklarda deltamethrin uygulanmış pullu sazanda oksidatif stresin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla balıklar, termostatlı ısıtıcılarla su sıcaklıkları 23 o C'ye ayarlanmış 6 farklı cam akvaryumda stoklanmıştır. 15 günlük adaptasyon süresinden sonra, balıkların yerleştirildiği akvaryumlardan ikisinin su sıcaklığı 18 o C'ye düşürülürken, diğer ikisinin ise 28 o C'ye yükseltilmiştir.
