Determination of PDCD5 in peripheral blood serum of cancer patients

Abstract: Objective: Programmed cell death 5 (PDCD5) is an apoptosis related gene and plays an important role in the pathogenesis and development of cancer. Whether PDCD5 is present in peripheral blood serum has not been reported.
