FOREWORD This report is one of a series of reports on the low-power (up to 1 Mwt) and high-power (up to 200 Mwt) nuclear testing of the Enrico Fermi reactor. The Nuclear Test Program is planned, directed, and evaluated by Atomic Power Development Associates, Inc. (APDA). The tests are conducted by Power Reactor Development Company (PRDC). The reactor proper is owned and operated by PRDC. The steam generators and electrical generation facilities are owned by The Detroit Edison Company (DECo). Many people have contributed to the success of the nuclear testing of the Fermi reactor. Listed below are the names of those people, exclusive of the authors, who made a significant contribution to some phase of the work reported in this document.
